Flow Technology Systems Pty Ltd (FTS) was born out of a hydraulic pump repair company (DOSCO ETS) who have repaired about 100 000 pumps over the last 15 years. Dosco have 5 test stands at their factory and repair approximateley 400 pumps a month. The pumps that are repaired range from sophisticated closed loop pumps, piston pumps to vane pumps and gear pumps.

FTS has spent many years working with the pump testers to ascertain what the issues are that continuously affect their work, how FTS can improve and simplify the way the pumps are tested.


The FTS design is modular and easy to adapt to any new pumps that are released. Our pump test software is easy to operate - two keys (F2) start and stop (F5) test. The test stands are truly tried and tested.

As hydraulic pumps change continuously and are becoming more advanced, the FTS test stands had to easily adapt to these changes.

To date there have been five complete changes in design and layout and four complete changes in the electronics and electrics.
